Waltyr Frey, called Tyr, is the twenty-first born son of Lord Walder Frey, the third son of his marriage to his seventh wife, Lady Annara Farring. However, rumour in the Twins is that Annara was sleeping with Black Walder Frey making Waltyr's parentage dubious. Waltyr isn't liked by his cousin Big Walder.
