Quaithe is a mysterious woman from Qarth. She wears a mask and gives Daenerys Targaryen advice for her quest.
After she leaves Qarth, Quaithe appears to her in visions that only Daenerys can see. Her advice is as hard to decipher as she is. She tells Daenerys to go east if she wants to go west.
