Ser Rolph Spicer is an anointed knight of House Spicer. He is the brother of Lady Sybell Spicer, and serves as the Castellan of the Crag for her husband, Lord Gawen Westerling.

Rolph is a square man, with a broken nose, and a grey close-shaven beard.

A Storm of Swords[]
Ser Rolph comes to Riverrun as part of the retinue of Robb Stark after he marries Jeyne Westerling. Grey Wind doesn't like him, which causes Catelyn Stark to be mistrustful of him. When Robb goes to the Twins to attend Edmure Tully's marriage to Roslin Frey, he sends Rolph to the Golden Tooth to exchange Martyn Lannister for Robett Glover.
For the part played by House Spicer in engineering the Red Wedding, Rolph is raised to the rank of a lord, and is granted the lands and incomes of Castamere.
