Ravos Hoare, also known as Ravos the Raper, was a man of House Hoare and son of King Harrag Hoare.
History[]
During his father's raids on the lands of King Theon Stark, Ravos was given control of Bear Island, which was used as a base for reaving. The Ironborn were eventually ousted from the North, and Theon killed Ravos personally.
