Lord Medgar Tully was a head of House Tully and Lord of Riverrun during the reign of King Daeron II Targaryen.

Lord Medgar participated in the Tourney at Ashford Meadow, where he rode against Ser Humfrey Hardyng. he was knocked from his saddle during the second lance, and was defeated with swords.
Medgar died within two years of the tourney, as in 211 AC the head of House Tully is a boy of eight years.
