Lady Jeyne Poole, legally known as Jeyne Bolton though she doesn't use that name, is the daughter of Vayon Poole. She becomes the wife of Ramsay Bolton under disguise as Arya Stark.

Jeyne is described as pretty, although not so much as Sansa Stark. She has dark hair and brown eyes.

Jeyne talks with Sansa during the needlework session after the royal feast at Winterfell. They talk about Prince Joffrey Baratheon and how handsome he is. Jeyne laughs at Arya Stark when Septa Mordane mocks her work.
Jeyne accompanies her father when Lord Eddard Stark travels to King's Landing to serve as Hand of the King. She sits with Sansa during the early stages of the Hand's Tourney, where she is scared by the appearance of Jalabhar Xho, and confesses to desiring to wed Lord Beric Dondarrion. She is brought to tears by the death of Ser Hugh of the Vale at the hands of Ser Gregor Clegane, and Septa Mordane has to escort her back to the Red Keep.
