Hali is part of a company travelling south, which includes Stiv. Wallen, Osha, and two other men. They try to take Bran Stark captive in the Wolfswood, and Hali suggests killing him, by cutting off his cock and putting it in his mouth, for which she is labelled stupid by Osha. She mocks Robb Stark when he comes to the defense of his brother, and is subsequently killed in the fighting by the direwolf Summer.
