Ethan Glover was a member of House Glover during the reign of King Aerys II Targaryen.
History[]
Ethan served as the squire of Brandon Stark, the heir to Winterfell.
After news of the abduction of his sister, Lyanna, at the hands of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen, Brandon, and a group of companions, including Ethan, ride to King's Landing, where Brandon demanded that Rhaegar "come out and die". The group were arrested, seized under orders of King Aerys II Targaryen, accused of threatening the crown prince's life. The fathers of the arrested men were summoned to the Red Keep, to answer for the crimes of their sons. They were all executed, with Ethan being the only survivor.
At the end of Robert's Rebellion, Ethan joined Brandon's brother, Lord Eddard Stark, in riding south to lift the Siege of Storm's End. From there, he accompanied Eddard to the Tower of Joy, where Lyanna was being held. He was slain during the subsequent fight against the last three members of King Aerys' Kingsguard.
