Lord Elwood Meadows is the Lord of Grassy Vale and the head of House Meadows. He is a cousin of House Fossoway.

Lord Elwood serves as second in command to Ser Cortnay Penrose at Storm's End during the siege conducted by Stannis Baratheon. Some of the Fossoways under Stannis believe that Elwood would surrender the castle, should Cortnay die.
After Ser Cortnay is killed by Melisandre, Elwood does indeed surrender the castle to Stannis.
A Storm of Swords[]
Stannis named Ser Gilbert Farring as the new castellan of Storm's End, with Elwood serving him as second in command.
